What does it mean if i'm feeling pain and tenderness when i touch my lower left leg in a small area?

Pinpoint leg pain. : Hard to tell with just that description. Could be a bruise or a hematoma if there was local trauma. Could be a blood clot. Could be a muscular strain. Could even be that you’re developing shingles in that area. Again, hard to tell without more information and an appropriate clinical context. If symptoms are worsening, seek consultation with us or local evaluation.
