Talk with your doc: Its unclear what dose of Subxone you are and why? Its quite common for people those get treatment with Opioid they develop long term tolerance and some patient even develop paradoxical increase in pain perception . Your doctor can think of switching opioid and adding non opioid analgesic. However Subxone is the safest opioid than morphine in terms of side effect.
