Diaphragm: Irritation is a possible cause. Sometimes there is associated shoulder pain too. If it doesn't go away with improved endurance have a physical exam done by a physician or sports medicine trained physical therapist.

Impossible to say: You need to see your physician to determine the cause of your pain. Questions that need answered include: how long has it been going on? How severe is the pain? What type of pain is it? Is there anything that makes it better or worse? Does it only occur when you run?
