Words can confuse: A period is not a cleaning. It is like shedding skin after it gets old or a sunburn. If the Minera stops the buildup of uterine tissue, you have nothing to shed, just like you wouldn't peal from a burn or lose dry rough skin. (like dandruff) The wording creates the assumption that something needs cleaning. It shouldn't.
