Stress test: Flat hemodynamic response means no appreciable change in blood pressure with increasing workload. Hyper dynamic global left ventricular systolic function means the heart is beating harder as it should with exercise. SVT is an arrhythmia where the heart beats faster than it should. Exercise can in some instances induce SVT. If you have symptoms with the SVT see a cardiologist for treatment.

Stress test results: You had a stress test. The test showed flat hemodynamics during exercise. This means a level that was flat. Hyperdynamic at peak exercise or when the work was hardest. The last is supraventricular tachycardia during stress. You should go to your doctor and discuss these findings. Talk about what they mean and how you feel about your overall condition and risk. Bring another person to note.
