Blocked ears: If you have significant nasal congestion, your eustachian tube which goes from the back of the nose to the middle ear may be blocked. Irrigate your nasal passages with warm salt water and spray a nasal decongestant spray which may relieve your ear symptoms. Also make sure you ear canals aren't blocked with wax. Lightheadedness can occur with nasal congestion.
