See your physician: Pain is like the red "Check Engine" light on your car. Unless you are a mechanic (i.e. health care provider), I would get checked out as soon as possible. The sooner you treat a skin infection, the faster it will resolve, and you can waste a lot of time and money trying over the counter ointments to try and cure it yourself. Try to see your physician (or urgent care) ASAP.
