BP is good: Normal BP is sysolic (top number) below 120 and diastolic (bottom number) below 80 while seated and resting comfortably with the blood pressure cuff at the level of your heart.

Yes: 113/64 is a healthy blood pressure that confers the lowest risk for heart disease and other blood-pressure related problems. Bps of 120/80 or less are thought to be optimal. In general, bps that do not cause symptoms are not "too low", so if no lightheadedness or other symptoms are present, that BP is excellent. If symptoms occur, you may need to seek the advice of your pcp.
