Is my bp to high ? its 140/90. i am a 33 yr old female under a lot off stress and experiencing anxiety. should i ask the doctor about meds ?

BP is high: Yes, 140/90 is considered too high. Was it taken after you used your albuterol inhaler? That could possibly increase your bp. Current guidelines actually suggest getting BP below 120/80. Don't worry too much about it, just go and talk to your doctor. Take care.
