Follow instructions: When you have any endoscopic procedure, you should be discharged with written instructions on what to do after the procedure. This usually includes what to do if you develop a fever. I encourage you to follow those instructions or call your doctor. Fever after endoscopy is common, and has many possible causes, most of which are not serious. But you should ask your doctor, not strangers online.
