Hard to tell: With so little details (age, hx of hypertension or diabetes, neck injuries , duration of symptoms etc), it is impossible to guess what may be the cause. It is time however for you to consult your family doctor to find out the cause since he knows your medical history better (drugs taken etc).

Although migraine can be associated with episodes of "paroxysmal vertigo", your postural provocation raises questions of an inner ear process. This can be assessed with a battery of otological tests, and a video electronystagmogram may elucidate the problem. Start with your regular doctor and consider visit to otolaryngologist.
