Discuss with Ur doc: Testis originate next to the kidneys & travel during development down into the scrotum. They can get stop in the abdomen, in the groin or be lost (die) during the trip. Your doc needs to do and exam & maybe tests to see where the lost one is. Abdominal testis are more risk of cancer. You only need one to develop & be a dad, but you do need to sort this out.
