Yes, you can.: Interestingly, nature builds a backup system into many of our organs. Though it is true that 75% of men with only one testicle (for whatever reason) have lower than normal sperm counts, there is no evidence to suggest that their fertility is significantly impaired. Goes to show you that you don't need a "normal" semen analysis to be fertile either!
