Obst. tubal disease: With a proximal block, that tube will not serve to transport a fertilized egg to the uterus. If the other tube shows free spill, your chances of pregnancy are diminished but possible. If your period is late, and/or pregnancy test positive, see your physician immediately, b/c with compromised tubal function, an ectopic pregnancy is possible, and needs immediate attention.
