Unlikely to conceive: Clomid (clomiphene) helps encourage follicle development. If your tubes are blocked this needs to be addressed before taking fertility drugs which should only be taken for a limited # of courses. If the hsg "cleared" the obstruction this would be evident on the films. You should see a qualified reproductive endocrinologist or generalist with expertise in managing infertility.
