Edema?: Swollen feet suggest collection of fluid/lack of good circulation. This is called Edema, if that is what you have. Pins & needles MAY be pinched nerve or circulation issue. Please see your doctor. Peace and good health.

Get seen now: I agree with my peers. One entity in particular that needs to be considered -- and ruling it out may be easy -- is pernicious anemia with high-output heart failure (swollen feet) and nerve involvement (tingling, though it's more likely to be bilateral). A physical exam and perhaps labwork would rule this in or out -- it's deadly if missed, easy to manage if detected.
