My feet are swollen and i have pins and needles in my left side fingertips. this has been for about 2 weeks now and just getting worse.

Get seen now: I agree with my peers. One entity in particular that needs to be considered -- and ruling it out may be easy -- is pernicious anemia with high-output heart failure (swollen feet) and nerve involvement (tingling, though it's more likely to be bilateral). A physical exam and perhaps labwork would rule this in or out -- it's deadly if missed, easy to manage if detected.
