I have had fatty liver for 5 years and am obese. when will i get serious health complications like cirrhosis and liver cancer?

Hmmm....: It's safer to look at this as already a serious problem. Fatty liver damage is a serious health complication, usually due to taking in too many calories compared to what a patient needs for normal life. Obesity is a serious health complication due to the same cause, taking in too many calories compared to what a person needs. The cure is conceptually simple (stop the excess intake) but hard to do.
