Should i be concerned, flat stools for the past two weeks, usually go round in shape. reading lots on computer, scared. please help?

Usually not serious: It is most likely from bowel spasm (spastic colon or irritable bowel syndrome) in someone your age. I suggest a high fiber diet and a supplement like Metamucil or Citrucel daily, and perhaps a probiotic as well. If symptoms persist should get it checked out.

No need to worry: As long as you are moving your bowels at the same frequency as before, do not be concerned. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
