Pain: Through the years I have found this to commonly cause a lot of pain. I would let your doctor know. If unavailable consider visit with prompt or urgent care.

Maybe from the doc.: You should let the surgeon or your primary doctor know that you are not getting adequate pain control... it could be that something is not healing properly, or that there is another complication. They may also be willing to prescribe you something stronger. We are not able to do that on this site, however, especially over seas. I hope you heal well soon!
