On my mri there is a little black band that looks like my acl then it just stops and is white and blurred then pick up again at the top. i was skiing and felt a pop and bad pain. could this be a possible acl tear?

Hard to tell: The anterior cruciate ligament has an angled or oblique orientation in the knee. Depending on how you were positioned in the scanner and technique, what you have described may be a tear or may be normal. Make an appointment and ask your Doctor for more information.
