No impact: There is no impact on future fertility if the D & C/E procedure was properly performed with aseptic technique. There is one exception which is the too aggressive removed of endometrial tissue at the time of the D & C resulting in adherence of the intra uterine walls with adhesive scar tissue (Asherman's Syndrome).
