Tennis elbow?: Would need more information to be sure but you may have a tendonitis which would occur if you engaged in some repetitive activity with your arm and hand. If that's the case, barring any continuation of the repetitive activity, resting arm except to put the elbow thru a repeated range of motion without weight several times/day, Naprosyn, and 6 weeks should resolve the pain.
