Could be?: This may be an atypical presentation for heart problems but it could be. You age, health, risk factors and other issues may help to know. If you are female, this makes it even more difficult. Unexplained pain that is not reproduced by movement of the shoulder, should be checked out quickly. Depends: This is quite atypical for cardiac disease. Your risk factors can help differentiate as well as what happens to the pain when you ove your right arm. Additionally if walking or exertion increases the pain and or there are associated symptoms more wok up would be needed for the heart. Regardless, it is reasonable that you see your doctor for advice and treatment.
