Nipples: Itchy,flaky nipples are often due to eczema type skin disorder and is not reflective of breast pathology. If treatment with a corticosteroid cream or ointment isn't effective, and the eruption is only on one nipple, consult a breast surgeon who will evaluate you and will want to rule out paget's disease of the breast. This is unlikely when both nipples are involved. ?change to a different bra type
