I was prescribed elokom cream for genital psoriasis. as it got better i asked doctor to have a break from steroid cause my skin was getting dry and i replaced it with non-steroid cream. now i got itchy skin with plaques.can i ever stop using steroids?

Yes, there are a lot of alternatives to topical steroids for treating psoriasis. I can't be more specific because I don't know your individual situation. A dermatologist can go through all of the options with you.
