No risk, no worry: No STDs are transmitted by kissing. Also, no infection of any kind (STD or anything else) can start to cause symptoms in under 24 hours; usually 2-3 days is the minimum, and for some infections it takes a week or more. Anyway, for sure the "white dot" is not from any infection from kissing someone 8 hr earlier.
