Many symptoms: With many symptoms it would be a good idea to go back to the doctor. If there is bacteria in the urine, you could have a UTI and may need antibiotics. You may have vag infection also that isn't std. For vaginal itching, it would be a good idea to stop having sex until feeling better, avoid perfumed soaps and detergents, no douching, wear cotton underwear and consider monistat if still itching
