Can endometriosis cause many irregular (late/ 35-45) periods and then followed by other many regular periods (28-35)? what may doctors think ?

No: Endometriosis typically does not cause irregular periods. Irregular periods are usually caused by hormonal imbalance where as endometriosis is a deposit of uterine lining inside the pelvis that causes severe pain with periods.

Endometriosis: Endometriosis causes painful periods but it does not cause irregular periods. There are options you can explore that would help with painful periods and irregular periods. Birth control pills often help both problems
