Those are the same: The numbers are the same. Life is not exact and neither are the machines in the lab. Numbers are usually estimates. It's like one person saying there were 25600 people at the presidential inauguration, and another person saying there were 27500 people at the inauguration... the two numbers are the same because life is not exact. Platelets reference range for normal people: about 150-450 thousand.
