Yes, if other source: Anyone can catch HIV (unless he or she is already currently infected with the same strain of HIV that he or she now got in contact with... meaning you can't catch something you already have). Also, one can catch HIV only from HIV-infected people, or from objects containing viable ("live") HIV viruses that can somehow get into the uninfected person's body. Cannot catch HIV from uninfected people.
