I have mild pain above belly button and a tender spot to the left of my belly button. i only feel the pain when i press on it. i have zero other symptoms and im not constipated. what could be causing this pain?

Hernia?: Sometimes a hernia can come from the belly button and tenderness is not unusual but usually there will be a swelling there too. Abdominal pain is challenging to diagnose without an exam, however, so I would advise this.
