Many things: Many things can cause this kind of symptom. For example issues with your gallbladder, congenital problems or previous surgical procedures that are causing the bowel to become more narrow, meckel diverticulum, kidney stones. But there is no way to know without a thorough interrogation, physical examination and probably laboratory or image studies.
