Yeast infection??: Yeast like to grow in warm moist areas like a "belly button" (umbilicus) also in the groin. axilla, vagina etc. Make an appointment with your family physician. If it is a yeast infection it is easily treated. The way to avoid this problem is after taking a shower dry the aforementioned areas well. I see this problem a lot and also recommend using a hair dryer to make sure the akin is dry,
