I have a very red very sore belly button i also keep getting little spots around the tummy area?

Yeast infection??: Yeast like to grow in warm moist areas like a "belly button" (umbilicus) also in the groin. axilla, vagina etc. Make an appointment with your family physician. If it is a yeast infection it is easily treated. The way to avoid this problem is after taking a shower dry the aforementioned areas well.
