RIBCAGE PAIN: this could be coming form your 12th rib , or your thoracic spine , The spleen is located on the left and sometimes with certain bending movements the 12th rib can irritate the capsule and cause pain , observe the evolution over the next few days if it doesn't get worse it's probably something of that nature,
