Get checked now: Chest pain with inspiration can have several causes, some serious (like pneumonia, collapse lung, or pulmonary embolus) and some not so serious (pleurisy from a viral infection, injury to muscles or joints in your chest wall). So get now quickly (like now) to be sure you don't miss something serious. Hopefully it is not, but why take chances?
