Spine clinic: My patients have had good success with being evaluated and treated by clinics which specialize in spinal disorders. Bring any pertinent records and copies of studies such as xrays, ct scans or mri's with you. If you Donthave access to such a clinic, consult an orthopedic specialist, but if you have neurological symptoms involving a leg, consult a neurosurgeon.

Several choices : You could see a neurologist for non-surgical management and evaluation of the problem. A neurosurgeon or or an orthopedic spine surgeon would be your surgical option. Lastly, If you have any other systemic or autoimmune inflammatory conditions, you might consider seeing a rheumatologist.
