Ive got a terrible itching skin its left me with little pimples with hard tips so i was at doctor last week so she reckons it could be from meds?

Many causes: If you have recently been given a medication and the rash develops about 10 days after taking it, it is likely from that medication. However if the pimples were from scratching, dry skin many be the cause. Try applying moisturizer twice daily with 1 immediately after bathing. If problem persists, see dermatologist.
