Could right lower back pain be a symptom of kidney or appendix problems?

Low back pain: The kidneys are not positioned in the low back. The appendix in most people is in the right lower part of your belly close to the groin area. Usually the pain from this is acute and very severe - extreme pain on simple movement and it generally would occur in the front before it would be in the back. Chances are you would not be well enough to post a question here!
