Tinactin lotion: There are a variety of anti-fungal meds available over the counter in the US. Tinactin in a lotion form is a simple product that will work in many cases. It is applied 2x daily on the active site. Can take a few weeks for the skin to return to normal appearance. If it doesn't respond it is probably not ringworm.
