No, Yes: There is no evidence you gain weight just because of the Levest (+ or - your vitamins). https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/734669_4 You WILL gain weight if you have a baby. Plan accordingly... You can safely take metoclopramide as well.

Levest 150/30: You weight will not increase but your appetite will increase. There is no interaction between Levest with Metoclopramide.
