If you wish.: Generally your dietary intake contains adequate vitamins if you are eating a healthy and well balanced diet. It doesn't hurt, however, to take a cheap generic multivitamin daily. If you are on vitamin d for a deficiency, the usual dose is approx 2000 units of d3/day. Make sure you get in adequate fiber, hydration, etc. See a dietitian for assistance.
