As for any athlete: You're lighter-framed and many women prefer this. You may be a hard-gainer, but while you're trying to build mass, try to eat a gram of lean protein per pound that you weigh, daily. Beyond this, eat moderately and sensibly. You may be at an advantage over 'naturally big' guys when it comes to definition, and you'll make them jealous.
