Submandibular glands: May represent submandibular glands. If unsure, or accompanied by pain, fullness, trouble swallowing, fever etc, see oral surgeon or ENT doc for exam.

Swelling: May be lymph nodes that have swollen in response to tooth or gum disease. Would be prudent to have your Dentist take a look.
