A member asked:

34weeks grade 2-3 placenta calcification with slightly high bp will i still be able to deliver naturally?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't know: There are too many variables involved in your question to give you a certain answer. The elevated BP. as pregnancy induced hypertension, may rapidly escalate. Secondly, the placental calcification may be a sign of decreased perfusion to the fetus over time. Your OB MD should be actively managing these symptoms carefully to provide a C/section or natural delivery as needed.
