Blood in urine: Blood in urine is not usually normal but it depends how much. Even from sex ,exercise you can get a bit of blood in urine. Other causes include infection,( bladder , prostate) kidney issues like small stones ( if not pain) or mass. Would repeat and consider ultrasound of kidney
