I had pneumonia in dec2017 and was admitted... it's not feb 2018 and i wake up unable to breathe and have a really painful cough... what is happening?

Go to ER: You need to be seen immediately. If you are found to have pneumonia again, more investigation will be needed to find out the reason why (mold exposure, immune defect etc).
