Post partum visit: Schedule a post partum visit. Have your Obgyn examine you from prolapse. If your prolapse is severe it can be repaired. There is no need to avoid doing the exercises that you love

Straining, like bearing down, aggravates prolapse. In my opinion I wouldn't lift more than 25 lbs or do squats. Don't hold your breath while lifting. If urine leakage occurs, cut back. Ask your gynecologist for advice after your examination.
