Hi, i tried to pull out a part of a ingrown toe nail and tore a part of my skin with. the toe is very sensitive and starting to show a blueish color?

Ingrown: The bluish color could possibly be bruising. However, it could be a circulation issue. With that said, you could be developing an infection in the area. Begin applying a topical antibiotic ointment and seek medical attention ASAP. You may need antibiotics as well. Try to keep the area dry until it is properly evaluated.
