Tension: These symptoms may well be tension and stress related. You should see your physician who may prescribe muscle relaxants like flexeril short term. Stress management therapy should be helpful. Discuss this with your physician after an examination.

See a spine doctor: either a neurologist, neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in spine problems, your primary doctor can start the initial assessment and refer you if needed, good luck
