Maybe,maybe not: Pureed foods are about 60% water & that + two bottles may keep the kid hydrated.If the kid wets every 6 hours or more & seems robust in activity level this may be ok.If the kid is slowing down & not voiding you need to have an evaluation looking for a treatable problem.Sometimes water filled chilled teething rings can helpful & chilled applesauce sometimes with sore gums.

If your : If the teething has caused enough discomfort that your child isnt eating, you may consider giving your child Ibuprofen (ask your md first about dosage etc...) as long as your child is eating and drinking something i wouldnt worry too much. You can try pedialyte ice pops which may help relieve the discomfort a bit and also add important electrolytes.
